The gCubik concept
The National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Japan has successfully developed a small box-like display device which is able to conjure up 3D images on a palm, and has dubbed the device gCubik. The gCubik displays 3D images, enabling multiple people to view it simultaneously from various angles with the naked eye, doing away with the need for pesky glasses and the like.
