JAPAN. Takaratomy’s “Healing Partner” doll, created by Tomy, is assumed to heal anyone from 8 to 80 years of age. Not heal as in cure the sick or something like that, it functions mostly as a partner or a companion. It has different sensors that can track its owners sleeping partner. He sings, talks, and even greets you every morning.
The doll is only available in Japan for $180. Staring through ‘his’ eyes makes you sleepy.
