About

Tambayan.ph is a Filipino Community Website. It was founded on July 20, 2006 by Ryman. This site are both in English and our native Tagalog format (hence .ph). Originally Tambayan.ph used the popular CMS called PHP-Fusion, then transferred to e107. Back then we’ve had a few active members specially in our forums section.

All of that changed when I decided to reformat the site, and used a blogging software for this new version. This site now updates with news regarding new gadgets, technologies, events, and other random stuff.

Tambayan.ph contains the collaboration between its authors, namely:
1. Ryman. The site founder. Usually updates this site in the morning and evening. Also the founder of Darkmoon and Techie, both are the official Openkore support forums for the Philippines. Another of his Tech-related blog is: TechieBubble.com
2. Allan (ChaoticGood). Admin of Tambayan.ph forums. Mostly active at Darkmoon forums. Active in enforcing the rules and regulations of the site.
3. Jay (j1911). Admin of Tambayan.ph forums. He is the one in charge of our forums. Also an Admin at Darkmoon forums.
4. Jc. My cousin. Currently finishing his fantasy novel.
5. Don. He’s an active blogger here at Tambayan.ph.
6. Sarj. She also has another blog located at quickpeeks.blogspot.com.
7. Reah. You can visit her personal blog site at reah.info.

Users can interact with the site by posting relevant comments on each of the posts. They don’t need to register to post a comment. Take note however that if you posted a comment with too many links, it will be blocked by a spam blocker. The site owner also has the right to remove comments that are deemed not fit for the site.
