WordPress 2.6 “Tyner” just released the other day

For those who uses WordPress as their bloging platform (or CMS), you may want to upgrade to 2.6. It includes many fixes, as usual, as well as security enhancements. And more additional features including a word count, image captions, and faster versions of TinyMCE, jQuery, and jQuery UI.

Easter egg in Google Reader

If you enter the Konami code in Google reader you will see a hidden easter egg. For those who don’t know the code, it is, up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A.

If you entered the code successfully, a ninja will appear who says “Moshi moshi” (a Japanese for Hello in telephone greeting). Also your feeds will be marked having 30 unread items, which is somewhat related to the 30 extra lives in Contra.
